Nature-Infused Meditations from Meg
I know, I know. This isn't the first time I've sent you meditations to try out.
We all remember the Raisin Meditation from last week...
But this is WAY COOLER than that because these guided meditations were made by a special someone whom I know personally!
My dear friend (and I suppose my "boss", at some point") Meg has recorded herself while out taking walks in nature and created these meditations to share.
"So many days into ‘stay at home’. Enough to maybe wake up to the Sound of the birds as your am alarm and to experience buds of spring that might have gone unnoticed other years. Time to feel the uneasy of uncertainty into the space provided by the uncertainty."
