I think that the most divine time we encounter occurs while we're sleeping and dreaming away.

We're not ourselves any longer when deeply engaged in rest.

The 2nd times when we're graced by the divine is probably upon waking and right before bed.

So, treasure your first and last moments of the day; keep them sacred and use them wisely.

Surrender yourself completely to the night in order to restore and optimize the medicinal effects of a good night's sleep.
